The Data Center Assistant supports the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) with program level activities which may include, but not limited to, tracking budget expenses, assisting special events, preparing committee materials, etc. Serves as a liaison between individuals (members/non-members), community groups, special interest groups, etc. Supports the business unit by regularly providing administrative-level project management on a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives that are typically division-wide or organization-wide.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative-level support to projects and tasks associated with new and existing programs.
- Supports the maintenance and improvement of program-related systems.
- Supports the gathering of data and information for reporting purposes.
- Works with program management to support stakeholders (including volunteers, participants and partners).
- Coordinates relationships with partners and helps to determine program schedules and offerings.
- Provides administrative oversight of the organization’s training commitments and ensures necessary operational tasks are completed on schedule (reporting, data entry, etc.).
- Regularly observe programs and provide feedback to other program staff, including trainers and senior leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry
Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong results orientation and customer focus
Preferred:
- Experience using Salesforce
- Associates degree
