The Innovation Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a range of integrated marketing programs that are focused on testing concepts and new products from inception through launch.
The position will partner with innovation team leads to define, manage and optimize projects that support the Product Development group. This position will work with the SVP of Innovation & Product Development and Innovation Directors to design and implement new programs and processes to drive go-to-market strategies for new products and services. This position will report to the VP, Product Development

This position will require the ability to manage marketing activities across multiple innovation projects with varying degrees of oversight and guidance. This individual must possess a great deal of autonomy in decision-making and communications, know when to manage up and identify key areas of decision-making oversight.
This position involves engaging with executive sponsors and innovation teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new concepts, products and in-market pilots. This level of engagement will require strong communication, listening, and information synthesis and storytelling skills.
This position will have a direct impact on AARP’s success in developing transformational innovative solutions today and in the future. Responsible for developing clear and actionable solutions, this role will help teams move their solutions through the innovation pipeline by identifying key experiments and areas for refinement.
